What the training covers
- Consultation and brow mapping: study the agreed outline, centre line, starts, arches and tails, with cross-checks rather than a fixed shape for everyone.
- Hair-stroke design: develop direction, spacing and curves through paired paper drawings and synthetic-skin practice.
- Professional preparation: equipment, workstation setup, pigments, colour theory and aftercare are part of the course outline.
- Practice and feedback: submit clear photographs of assigned work and use your tutor’s corrections to guide the next attempt.
The full microblading course includes Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) training. Complete the respective course requirements for the microblading and BBP certificates.
How online study works
Follow the recorded lessons alongside the written course material and practical assignments. Work at your own pace, allowing time to review feedback and repeat an exercise. Your microblading training certificate follows successful course completion; course access ends after completion and certificate issue, while Skinart support continues for life.
Choose the Full Course or begin with Pay As You Go Part 1. Part 1 is the first part of the course and does not by itself qualify for the full-course certificate. Later parts are optional purchases, with no subscription or commitment. An equipment kit is an optional extra; check the selected offer for current arrangements and prices.
Develop a clear design process
Begin with observation and drawing exercises. Compare shape, direction and spacing, and practise explaining a proposed design. A design that looks attractive in a reference needs thoughtful adaptation rather than automatic copying.
Try a paper brow-design exercise
Use a pencil and plain paper to explore direction and spacing before working through the course’s practical assignments.
- Sketch a pair. Draw two brow outlines at a similar size. Mark a start, arch and tail on each. Compare the outlines without forcing them to be identical.
- Plan a few strokes. Add short pencil strokes inside each outline. Change their direction gradually and leave visible gaps between them.
- Review one feature. Look for crowded areas, crossed strokes or abrupt changes in direction. Keep the first attempt, then repeat one drawing with a specific correction.

Photograph both attempts under similar lighting. Note the one change you made so your tutor can compare the drawings and advise what to practise next.
Check the course boundaries
Microblading, machine PMU and ombré or nano brow courses are related but distinct options in the catalogue. Read the specific outline instead of treating their names as interchangeable. Check any package and its included courses and equipment separately.
