Start with design judgement
PMU training combines a visual brief with a controlled practical process. Learn to describe the intended shape and appearance clearly, work consistently through practice exercises and recognise when a question needs further guidance.
Keep a record of your learning
Document practice work with comparable photographs and short notes. Identify the aim of each exercise, what changed between attempts and what you need help with. This creates a much better basis for feedback than a single image without context.

Gary and Janet provide PMU training in South Africa. Compare online and in-person options on the current catalogue, including equipment arrangements. Microblading is a related discipline with its own course requirements; do not assume it is automatically included in every PMU option.

If you want more than one discipline, compare the individual outlines first. Then check a package against that list. More courses are useful only when you can give each subject the practice time it needs.
